Preparation

The first things you need to do is:

• Call the office to book your first visit 214-235-8373 or use the 'Schedule a Visit' link on the left.
• Click on the 'Health Forms' link, to complete your health history forms as thoroughly as you can prior to your first visit with Dr. Hegel.
• Print out the Coupon that Dr. Hegel has provided, this will allow you to visit with us at a price that is cost effective to you,  to assist you with how we can help end your suffering and overcome your discomfort.
• Bring all completed history forms, prior x-rays, lab reports and test results and support person with you to your first visit.
• Get ready to be well.
