Preparation
The
first things you need to do is:
- Call the office to book your first visit 972-208-5330 or use
the 'Schedule a Visit' link on the left.
- Click on the 'Health Forms' link, to complete your health history forms
as thoroughly as you can prior to your first visit with Dr. Hegel.
- Bring all completed history
forms, prior x-rays, lab reports and test results and support
person with you to your first visit.
- Get ready to be well.
